Rachel Murphy is deeply concerned about the experience that his five-pound Toto had last weekend. According to Rachel , a groomer allegedly taped Toto r's mouth shut after being bitten, resulting in the dog being bloody and distressed.
Rachel said, "My pup was clearly in distress. What I first thought was tape turned out not to be a muzzle. Toto r’s paws appeared to be red and inflicted with injuries. The toenails had been cut too near to the paw which probably triggered his biting response."
Wow! My Dog mobile pet salon employed the groomer in question.
Rachel immediately took Toto to the veterinarian for urgent medical attention. Having joined numerous other accusers of animal abuse, Rachel accused Puppy-Lux. San Mateo's Office has now launched an animal cruelty investigation into Wow! My Dog.
Rachel described the injuries he observed, stating, "I noticed wounds near the joints, around the neck, and in the genital area. The cuts were severe enough to cause bleeding."
Marianna De las Vegas, customer of Wow! My Dog posted a Yelp review detailing the way his pets were returned unwell or injured. Another customer captured a Snapchat video showing a dog in apparent pain, claiming that a groomer had forcefully inserted a napkin into the dog's ear.
Bad Review
Wow! My Dog, in addition to the bad Yelp reviews and the fact that he was trusted to take care of their pets, wants his customers to animal abuse articles for students know what the groomer said. Rachel shared: "Juliann told that I should tape my mouth shut as it was an acceptable and normal method. Juliann claimed this is better than a muzzle because he thinks a dog can get hurt by using one. He said that he uses the method himself on his dogs.
Gate News called Wow! My Dog, and she answered but immediately handed the phone to a female who said they were investigating these allegations. However, when questioned about Wow! My Dog, she quickly asserted that it was a separate entity before abruptly ending the call.
